SHIPPING POLICY
- It is my goal to ship all orders Monday through Friday within 24 hrs of purchase; however please allow up to 1-3 business days after time of purchase for items to ship.

- Signature confirmation is required for any order over $250
SHIPPING CARRIER + TIME
- All orders ship via United States Postal Service.
- Orders of $75+ are automatically upgraded to free USPS First Class Package.
- Available shipping methods:
USPS First Class Package 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days
USPS Priority Mail Express Overnight
USPS First Class Package International 7-21 days
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Shipping confirmation + tracking info is sent directly to the email address provided once the order is fulfilled.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
- I am not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
- Although very uncommon, some shipments do have trouble in transit. ELSHE is not liable for any shipments mailed to the wrong address OR any lost or stolen packages.
- It is the customers responsibility to contact the local Postal Office if a package goes missing.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service first and provide them with your tracking number. if you purchased Priority Mail- insurance is included and you will be able to file a claim through USPS directly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- All International orders are subject to duties/customs taxes on delivery (DDU), customs fees are at the expense of the customer. The customer is responsible to know the customs policy unique to their country.
